NexViewer Permission and Data Sharing List

NexViewer Access to Device Permissions

During the provision of its services, NexViewer will access certain device permissions on your mobile phone. You may turn off some or all of these permissions in your device's settings, thereby declining the app's collection of corresponding personal information.

Please Note:

  1. Your agreement to the Privacy Policy signifies that you understand the functionalities offered by the app and consent to NexViewer collecting the necessary personal information required for its operation. Once the corresponding permissions are enabled, you can disable them through your device settings. Disabling a permission indicates that you have revoked your authorization. However, this will not affect the collection and use of information based on previous authorizations. Refusing essential permissions (e.g., app login, camera, or video device access) may affect your ability to log in or use key functions.
  2. Given the global use of NexViewer’s products and services, you should comply with applicable laws, regulations, and public order in your country of use.
  3. If you submit information to NexViewer or if NexViewer collects information containing personal data of others, you must ensure you have obtained lawful authorization. For minors’ personal information, guardian consent must be obtained in advance.

Indirectly Collected Information by Third Parties

This product and other NexViewer services may require obtaining your third-party account information (e.g., nickname, avatar, device ID) from external platforms. If the processing of personal information by NexViewer exceeds the scope of your original authorization, your explicit consent will be obtained before such processing.

NexViewer strictly complies with laws and regulations, requiring third parties to ensure the legality of the data they provide.

Auto-start and Associated Start

To meet different usage scenarios and ensure timely notifications, NexViewer may enable auto-start or associated start functions.
